A World Bank - civil society policy dialogue luncheon on trade to be held in Hong Kong during the upcoming WTO Trade Ministerial. The session will be hosted by Danny Leipziger, Vice President for the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management (PREM) Network at the World Bank. It will feature a panel with representatives from the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU), Oxfam International, and the World Bank. The panelists will comment on the major issues surrounding the trade negotiations and ways to further the Doha Round, before opening the floor to a general exchange of views.
