About the author:
The Honourable Minister Roberto White graduated in Civil Engineering at Eduardo Mondlane University and completed the course in Civil and Mining Technical Engineering. He was an active member of the Academic Association of Mozambique during the liberation that was for national independence.
In 1990 the Minister worked at the National Directorate of Water as A consultant and coordinator of the “Water Resource for Development Project”. He was involved in the construction of Pequenos Libombos Dam as the Project Director and in 1988 was appointed as general manager of the “Unidade De Direccao de Aproveitamentos Hidraulicos”.
The Minister worked at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in The planning division and was later nominated as Provincial Director of Public Works and Housing in Maputo. He is currently Minister of Public Works And Housing.
